Himachal Pradesh Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh presided over the annual prize distribution ceremony at Dreamz College of Pharmacy, located near Sundernagar in Mandi district, during his two-day visit. Singh further informed that the Public Works Department has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with IIT Ropar to train engineers in advanced construction techniques.
