The orders apply to all Class-IV employees who either retired or died in harness between January 1, 2016, and January 31, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>According to an official spokesperson, the state government has already disbursed multiple installments of financial benefits during the intervening period. These include the first, second, third, and fourth installments of interim relief, along with 12 installments of dearness allowance (DA) on both basic pension and basic family pension.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson clarified that these previously released amounts may be adjusted against the pending pension or family pension arrears.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities responsible for pension disbursement have now been directed to ensure that, following this latest release, all outstanding dues related to gratuity and leave encashment for eligible Class-IV employees are fully cleared, bringing their arrears to zero.<\/p>\n<p>The move is expected to benefit a large number of retired employees and the families of those who passed away while in service, offering long-awaited financial closure and support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Himachal Govt Orders Immediate Release of Pending Retirement Dues for Class-IV Employees. &nbsp;
