Nadda. According to him, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and his ministers have avoided answering questions related to development, governance, and the utilization of central funds.<\/p>\n<p>Criticizing Rural Development Minister Rajesh Dharmani\u2019s remarks about the state\u2019s future chief minister, Jamwal claimed the Congress leadership has already accepted electoral defeat. He alleged that instead of addressing public grievances, ministers are focused on political calculations and leadership ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>The BJP leader further accused the government of delaying development projects through prolonged tender and re-tender processes, resulting in wastage of public money and slowing infrastructure growth. He alleged that projects are intentionally stalled until they can benefit individuals close to the ruling establishment.<\/p>\n<p>Expressing concern over the state\u2019s law-and-order situation, Jamwal said Himachal Pradesh, once regarded as one of the country\u2019s most peaceful states, is witnessing a rise in crime and insecurity. He cited the recent death of a school operator in Shimla and alleged administrative failure in providing timely protection despite repeated requests for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>He also pointed to increasing reports of gang-related activities in border areas, claiming that criminals no longer fear the law.
