Students of Nursery, LKG and UKG actively participated in various yoga activities organized to mark the occasion and promote awareness about the benefits of yoga among young learners.<\/p>\n<p>Dressed in colorful yoga attire, the children performed different yoga asanas under the guidance of their teachers. The event aimed to introduce the importance of yoga at an early age and encourage healthy lifestyle habits among students. The young participants displayed remarkable energy, confidence and enthusiasm while practicing simple postures designed to improve flexibility, concentration and overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p>The yoga session created a cheerful and positive atmosphere, making learning enjoyable and meaningful for the children. Teachers also explained the significance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Principal K.S. Guleria appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and encouraged them to make yoga a regular part of their daily routine.
