He expressed confidence that the new chairman\u2019s experience, leadership qualities, and unwavering commitment to public service would usher in a new phase of development for Kullu district.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Thakur said he believes the Kullu Zila Parishad, under the leadership of Thakur Das, will set new benchmarks in rural development and effectively address the aspirations and expectations of the people. He noted that strong leadership, transparent governance, and a people-centric approach are essential for ensuring balanced and inclusive growth across the district.<\/p>\n<p>The former minister also wished Thakur Das a successful and productive tenure, expressing hope that his leadership would contribute significantly to the welfare of the people and strengthen grassroots development initiatives.
