He stressed that government employees play an important role in implementing development schemes and advancing the overall development of the district.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there were discrepancies or delays in the work of any official, the MP could have issued a notice to the concerned authorities and sought an explanation. Publicly humiliating officials during a meeting is not the appropriate way to address such issues,\u201d Thakur said.<\/p>\n<p>He maintained that government officials deserve dignity and respect while performing their duties, particularly during public meetings attended by elected representatives and senior authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Thakur said accountability is essential for ensuring effective implementation of development projects, including those funded under the MPLADS scheme.
