What kind of double politics is this?&#8221; he asked.<\/p>\n<p>Darshan Thakur said that before delivering lectures on democracy, the BJP should learn to protect the independence of democratic institutions and the voting rights of citizens.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that democracy does not function through the power of the ruling party but through respect for the Constitution and democratic values.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Democracy does not run on the power of the ruling party; it runs on respect for the Constitution.
