Himachal Pradesh has won two prestigious awards at the India Today Group’s Tourism Awards, held in Delhi today. Bir-Billing, renowned for its adventure tourism, was honored with the Editor\u2019s Choice Best Adventure Destination award, while Dharamshala was recognized as the Best Mountain Destination. These accolades highlight the state\u2019s continuous efforts to promote tourism and boost its standing as a key tourist destination in India.<\/p>\n

The awards were received on behalf of the Himachal Pradesh Government by Resident Commissioner Meera Mohanty at the event. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu expressed his delight over the recognition and congratulated the people of Himachal Pradesh for this achievement.
