Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, outlined India\u2019s ambitious plans to transition towards sustainable transport solutions, emphasizing electric vehicles (EVs), biofuels, and cycling infrastructure as key components in reducing pollution, improving road safety, and driving economic growth.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a national conference on sustainable mobility, Gadkari highlighted the government\u2019s proactive measures since 2014, which have propelled India\u2019s automobile sector into a new era of green innovation. According to the Minister, these policies have transformed India into a hub for electric vehicle manufacturing and alternative fuels, making the country a key player in the global green mobility revolution.<\/p>\n
