Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s flagship student outreach programme<\/strong>, Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2025<\/em>, has achieved a historic milestone by earning a Guinness World Record<\/strong> for the \u201cMost people registered on a Citizen Engagement Platform in one month.\u201d<\/strong> The achievement recognises the record-breaking 3.53 crore valid registrations<\/strong> received during the 8th edition of PPC, hosted on the MyGov platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with MyGov, Pariksha Pe Charcha<\/em> has evolved into a transformative platform that fosters a positive and stress-free outlook towards examinations. The 2025 edition saw unprecedented participation<\/strong>, underscoring the country\u2019s growing commitment to holistic, inclusive, and joyful education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Celebration of a Record-Breaking Initiative<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The official Guinness World Record certificate was formally presented during a ceremony held in New Delhi<\/strong>, attended by senior leaders and stakeholders:<\/p>\n

    In his remarks, Dharmendra Pradhan<\/strong> hailed Pariksha Pe Charcha<\/em> as a “national approach to examinations”, stating that PM Modi has transformed stress-filled exam seasons into celebrations of learning and personal growth<\/strong>. He shared that PPC 2025 was viewed over 21 crore times<\/strong> across various media platforms, highlighting the programme\u2019s growing impact and relevance.<\/p>\n
