In a major milestone for integrative healthcare in India, \u201cPrayas\u201d \u2013 a first-of-its-kind Integrated Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre<\/strong> \u2014 was inaugurated today at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Goa<\/strong>. The centre was launched on the occasion of the 10th Ayurveda Day<\/strong> by Union Minister of State for Ayush (IC) and Health & Family Welfare, Prataprao Jadhav<\/strong>, in the presence of\u00a0Shripad Yesso Naik<\/strong>, Minister of State for Power & New & Renewable Energy, along with senior officials, medical faculty, and dignitaries from across the Ayush and health sectors.<\/p>\n

Bringing together Ayurveda, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Speech and Occupational Therapy, and modern Paediatrics<\/strong>, \u201cPrayas\u201d is uniquely designed to offer holistic, patient-centric care<\/strong> for children suffering from neurological and developmental disorders<\/strong> such as cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, and other neurodevelopmental challenges.<\/p>\n

A First in India: A Unified Model of Neuro-Healing<\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cPrayas\u201d represents a pioneering model of integrative healthcare<\/strong>, blending India\u2019s ancient healing traditions with evidence-based modern medical practices \u2014 under one roof. It focuses particularly on paediatric neuro-rehabilitation<\/strong>, an area often underserved in conventional healthcare models.<\/p>\n
