The concluding ceremony was marked by high energy, inspiring speeches, and a proud display of youthful talent.<\/p>\n

The closing ceremony was graced by\u00a0Virender Bhatt Sharma<\/strong>, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Mandi, as the Chief Guest. Commending the performance and discipline of the participating teams, he said, \u201cIt\u2019s heartening to see such dedication and talent at the grassroots level.
