13th National Pencak Silat Championship Concludes in Karnataka: Himachal’s Arsh Vaidya Wins Bronze.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The 13th Pre-Teen, Sub-Junior, and Junior National Pencak Silat Championship<\/strong> was successfully organized from September 26 to 28<\/strong> at the District Sports Complex and Khelo India Centre<\/strong> in Koppal district<\/strong>, Karnataka. The event was held under the aegis of the Indian Pencak Silat Federation<\/strong> and hosted by the Karnataka Pencak Silat Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 1,400 athletes<\/strong> representing teams from all states across India<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Among the participating states, Himachal Pradesh<\/strong> made a proud mark as Arsh Vaidya<\/strong> from Mandi district<\/strong> secured a bronze medal<\/strong> in the Pre-Teen Boys 36 kg weight category<\/strong>, bringing glory to the state.<\/p>\n

Sharing the information, Joginder Singh Azad<\/strong>, President of the Pencak Silat Association Himachal Pradesh<\/strong>, congratulated the young athlete on his achievement and highlighted the state\u2019s growing talent in martial arts.<\/p>\n

The Himachal team was guided by two dedicated coaches:<\/p>\n

  • Payal Sharma<\/strong> from Mandi district, who led the women\u2019s team<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Rakesh Kumar<\/strong>, who coached the men\u2019s team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The association\u2019s leadership also expressed their appreciation and support for the medalist. Chairman H.D. Panchani<\/strong>, President Joginder Singh Azad<\/strong>, Vice Presidents Brij Lal Chauhan (Mandi)<\/strong> and Surender Kumar<\/strong>, General Secretary Mohammad Javed<\/strong>, Joint Secretary Sher Singh<\/strong>, Treasurer Banita Kumari<\/strong>, and Executive Members Narender Kumar<\/strong>, Rohan<\/strong>, and Devgya Awasthi<\/strong> collectively extended their heartfelt congratulations to Arsh Vaidya.<\/p>\n
