In a deeply emotional and proud moment, Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh paid tribute to his late father, six-time Chief Minister and towering Congress leader Raja Virbhadra Singh, during the unveiling of his statue at the historic Ridge Maidan in Shimla. The statue was formally unveiled by Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, in the presence of senior Congress leaders, cabinet members, and an overwhelming public gathering.<\/p>\n
