The meeting saw the special presence of <strong>Kalyani Tiwana<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Project Officer, ITDP Keylong. The proceedings were conducted by <strong>Sachin Thakur<\/strong>, District Panchayat Officer and Secretary, Zila Parishad.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Zila Parishad members reviewed the progress of various ongoing <strong>developmental projects<\/strong> across the district and obtained detailed information from the concerned departments. Extensive discussions were held on issues related to <strong>electricity, roads, water supply, irrigation, forests, education, public works, tourism, horticulture, SADA, and BRO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The members also reviewed the implementation of decisions taken in the previous meeting and emphasized the need to maintain <strong>transparency and pace<\/strong> in development initiatives. Participating members included <strong>Mahendra Singh, Kunga Gyalsan Bodh, Nirmala Devi<\/strong>, and from the Spiti region, <strong>Mona Devi, Tenzin Phagdol<\/strong>, and <strong>Chhering Sandup<\/strong>, who joined the meeting virtually.<\/p>\n<p>All department heads were present at the meeting and responded to the queries raised by the members, providing updates on various departmental plans and projects.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the gathering, <strong>Chairperson Veena Devi<\/strong> directed the district officials to ensure that all developmental works are completed <strong>within the stipulated time frame<\/strong> and with <strong>high quality standards<\/strong>.
