Presiding over a meeting of the Health Department, the Chief Minister emphasized that <strong>misbehaviour with patients will not be tolerated<\/strong> under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the officials, CM Sukhu said the government is committed to ensuring <strong>adequate security for doctors and hospital staff<\/strong> while maintaining strict accountability for professional conduct. He instructed the Health Department to <strong>introduce mandatory courses on human behaviour and man-management<\/strong> for all doctors to reinforce the ethics of medical practice.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister also proposed the inclusion of <strong>behavioural evaluation in doctors\u2019 Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)<\/strong> to encourage patient-friendly practices. He added that any instances of misbehaviour from patients or attendants should be promptly reported to senior authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting the state\u2019s efforts to strengthen healthcare services, CM Sukhu stated that the government is <strong>filling vacant posts of doctors and paramedical staff<\/strong> to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. \u201cHundreds of posts have already been filled in the Health Department, and more will be created in the near future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Chief Minister revealed that the government is considering <strong>offering incentives to highly qualified doctors<\/strong> to attract more specialists to the public medical sector, further enhancing healthcare quality in Himachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was attended by <strong>Health Minister Dr. (Col.)
