He added that repeated announcements regarding MRI facilities, cath labs, and advanced equipment remain unfulfilled even after three years.<\/p>\n<p>Jamwal questioned the logic of promoting expensive technologies like robotic surgery when hospitals face shortages of doctors, functional radiology departments, and essential equipment.
