The President landed at the Kalyani Helipad in Chharabra, where she was received by Governor and Chief Minister , who extended a warm welcome on behalf of the people of the state.

Several dignitaries and senior officials were present on the occasion, including Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker , Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister , who has also been designated as the Minister-in-Waiting for the visit, Member of Parliament , and Shimla Mayor .
