DAV Mandi Students Shine at Vedic Week Competitions Organised by Arya Samaj Mandi.

Students of DAV Centenary Public School, Mandi, showcased their exceptional talent and brought laurels to the school by securing several prizes in various competitions organised by Arya Samaj Mandir, Mandi, as part of the ongoing Vedic Week celebrations under the Shravani Parv.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of several schools across the city. A range of activities, including bhajan presentation and slogan-writing competitions, was organised to encourage students to connect with India’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage while providing them with a platform to display their creativity and talent.
In the Primary Wing slogan-writing competition, DAV Mandi students performed remarkably well, with Anya Sharma securing second position and Aaradhya bagging third position. In the Secondary Wing, the students continued their impressive performance, with Class X student Samriddhi Chandel winning first position, Umang Thakur securing second position, and Class IX student Aaradhya Thakur achieving third position.
The school also made a notable contribution to the bhajan activity. Under the guidance of Music Teacher Tarun Padit, students Surinder Kaur, Mahania, Kartar Singh, Harnam Kaur, Tisha Thakur, Navya Vaidya, Adarsh, Chhavi Sharma, Tanisha Vaidya, Kanisha Sharma, Purvi Katotch, Dakshita Raj Thakur, Tejas Kaur, Dhanish and Manit delivered melodious presentations. Their performances created a devotional and spiritually uplifting atmosphere during the programme.
Students Rhythm Jeet Singh, Aarav Thakur, Avyukta and Payal Tandon, under the guidance of Associate Teacher Sunil Kumar, also participated in various activities and made a commendable contribution to the event.
The achievements of the DAV Mandi students were appreciated by the school fraternity. Principal K.S. Guleria congratulated all the winning students as well as the participants for their dedicated efforts and outstanding performances. He extended his best wishes to the students for their bright future.
