Rohit Thakur Attends Key Congress Meeting at Indira Bhavan in New Delhi.
New Delhi:
Himachal Pradesh Education Minister and senior Congress leader Rohit Thakur participated in an important meeting of senior Congress leaders held at Indira Bhavan in New Delhi.
Thakur said the meeting was attended by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, AICC General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal and AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, along with Chief Ministers, Education Ministers and AICC in-charges from various states.
Sharing details of the meeting, Thakur said the interaction provided an opportunity for senior party leaders and representatives from different states to discuss important organisational and public issues. The participation of leaders from across the country reflected the party’s focus on coordination and strengthening its organisational framework, he said.
Thakur, who holds the Education portfolio in Himachal Pradesh, took part in discussions alongside other state Education Ministers and senior party functionaries.
In his message following the meeting, Thakur expressed his commitment to the Congress organisation and its principles, concluding with the slogan, “Jai Hind, Jai Congress!”
The meeting brought together senior national and state-level Congress leaders on a common platform and provided an opportunity for consultations on issues concerning the party and governance across different states.
