Six Students from Abhilashi University Land Jobs at Just Dial During Campus Placement Drive.

Six final-semester students from Abhilashi University, Chailchowk in Mandi district, have secured jobs at the renowned Just Dial Private Limited during the university’s recent campus placement drive. The students, pursuing degrees in MBA, M.Sc. Zoology, and M.Sc. Agriculture, have been selected for various roles at the company with attractive salary packages.
The successful candidates include Poshali, Karan, Dheeraj, and Aman Thakur from the MBA program, Indu Bala from M.Sc. Zoology, and Lalit Kumar from M.Sc. Agriculture. They will take on roles such as Business Development Executive, Certified Internet Consultant, and Telemarketing Executive, with an annual package of up to Rs. 3 lakh.
Dr. Shampy Duggal, Director of Training and Placement at Abhilashi University, shared that the selection process was rigorous, involving both technical and HR rounds. “We are proud of our students’ achievements. Their hard work and determination have paid off, leading to this success,” said Dr. Duggal.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor H.K. Chaudhary, expressed his pleasure over the accomplishments of the students, highlighting the increasing participation of globally renowned companies in the university’s placement drives. “This is a significant achievement, and it shows that our students are ready to compete in the global job market,” he said.
This recent placement drive marks a milestone for Abhilashi University, as 18 other students from the Management, Zoology, and Mathematics departments were also selected for various positions in other prestigious companies.
On this occasion, the university’s dignitaries, including Chancellor Dr. R.K. Abhilashi, Pro-Chancellor Dr. L.K. Abhilashi, Vice-Chancellor Professor H.K. Chaudhary, Registrar Dr. Kapil Kapoor, and other members of the administration, congratulated the selected students.
