HPMC Director Joginder Singh Guleria Conducts Surprise Inspection at Jadol Plant, Emphasizes Cleanliness and Efficiency.

HPMC Director Joginder Singh Guleria today carried out a surprise inspection at the HPMC Jadol Plant, located under the Sundernagar subdivision in Mandi district. During his visit, the Director reviewed the ongoing operations at the plant and discussed various aspects of production and maintenance with Plant Manager Sunil Kumar.

Director Guleria took a detailed round of the facility to assess the functioning of different units and expressed satisfaction over the pace of work. However, he laid special emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in and around the premises. The Director instructed all staff members to ensure that the plant remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety and quality standards.

He further highlighted that cleanliness not only ensures a healthy working environment but also contributes to improved efficiency and product quality. Director Guleria appreciated the efforts of the plant team and urged them to continue working with dedication and responsibility.

The inspection aimed to strengthen operational discipline and reinforce the corporation’s commitment to maintaining high standards of production and hygiene across all its units.
