Chief Minister Exchanges New Year Greetings with Governor at Raj Bhavan.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, accompanied by his wife and MLA Kamlesh Thakur, called on Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Lady Governor Janaki Shukla at Lok Bhavan on Thursday to extend New Year greetings.

During the cordial meeting, the Chief Minister presented a bouquet to the Governor as a gesture of goodwill. On the occasion, Kamlesh Thakur honoured the Lady Governor with a traditional Himachali shawl and cap, symbolising the rich cultural heritage of the state. The Chief Minister and his wife conveyed their best wishes for peace, progress and prosperity for the people of Himachal Pradesh in the New Year.

Several members of the state government and party leadership also joined in extending New Year greetings to the Governor. These included Revenue and Tribal Development Minister Jagat Singh Negi, Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh, Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) President Vinay Kumar, and MLA Sanjay Awasthi.

The Governor and Lady Governor warmly reciprocated the greetings and expressed hope that the New Year would bring happiness, development and well-being to the people of the state.
