Dinesh Patiyal, Councillor of the Municipal Corporation Mandi and State General Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress, participated in the Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress (HPYC) state executive meeting held at the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) headquarters in New Delhi.

Patiyal emphasised that organisational strength remains the core foundation of political effectiveness. He stated that unity, discipline and coordinated grassroots engagement are essential to amplifying public concerns and advancing youth-centric policies in Himachal Pradesh.

The meeting focused on upcoming organisational programmes, publication for outreach campaigns and strategies to increase youth participation across the state, often referred to as “Devbhoomi” Himachal. Leaders deliberated on strengthening booth-level structures, mobilising young volunteers and intensifying efforts on issues affecting employment, education and regional development.

Patiyal said that under the guidance of the party’s top leadership, the Youth Congress is committed to taking the voice of the people to every corner of the state. He highlighted the importance of collective leadership and teamwork in expanding the organisation’s reach and effectiveness.

The session concluded with a renewed pledge from party members to work cohesively, strengthen the organisational framework and elevate the Youth Congress to new heights in Himachal Pradesh.
