IPL Fever Set to Grip Mandi as Tata IPL 2026 Fan Park Comes to Paddal Ground This Weekend.

Cricket enthusiasts in Himachal Pradesh are set for a thrilling weekend as the Tata IPL 2026 Fan Park arrives at Paddal Ground, bringing a stadium-like cricketing experience to fans in Mandi district.
The much-awaited Fan Park event will be organised opposite the Mandi Bus Stand and promises to recreate the electrifying atmosphere of a live IPL stadium through giant screen match screenings, music, entertainment activities and crowd engagement programmes.
Addressing a press conference on Friday, Executive Cricket Operations representative Meet, along with District Cricket Association President Ajay Rana, shared details of the event and invited cricket lovers from Mandi and nearby districts to participate in the celebration.
The organisers said Tata IPL 2026 is expected to become one of the most engaging editions of the tournament, with Fan Parks being organised across the country to connect cricket fans directly with the excitement of the Indian Premier League.
Stadium-Like Experience for Cricket Lovers
The IPL Fan Park initiative has been designed to provide fans who are unable to attend matches in major stadiums an opportunity to experience the thrill of live cricket in a vibrant public setting.
Organisers said the Mandi venue would recreate the atmosphere of a packed cricket stadium with giant LED screens, live match screenings, cheering crowds, whistles, chants, music and entertainment activities throughout the event.
“Fans will get to experience the excitement of IPL together in a festive atmosphere with every boundary, wicket and thrilling moment being showcased live on giant screens,” organisers said.
The event will also feature face painting, fan shoutouts, interactive games and special crowd engagement activities aimed at enhancing the overall spectator experience.
Food Stalls, Merchandise and Entertainment Activities
Apart from cricket screenings, the Fan Park will host food stalls, music performances and official IPL merchandise counters.
Special sponsor activations and interactive engagement zones will also be set up at the venue, allowing fans to participate in contests and celebrate their favourite IPL teams and players.
Organisers said cricket supporters showing exceptional enthusiasm and team spirit could also become part of special fan engagement moments during the event.
Thousands Expected to Attend
According to the organisers, IPL Fan Parks across India are expected to witness participation from lakhs of cricket lovers this season, making Tata IPL 2026 one of the biggest fan engagement editions in the history of the tournament.
The Mandi event is expected to attract large crowds from across the district as well as neighbouring areas, especially with some of the tournament’s most popular franchises scheduled to feature during the screenings.

Saturday, May 9 — From 6:30 PM onwards

The organisers urged cricket fans from Mandi and adjoining districts to attend the event with friends and family and enjoy the IPL festival together.
