Dorje Larje Meets Himachal CM Sukhu, Raises Key Development Issues of Lahaul and Spiti.

District Congress Committee (DCC) Lahaul and Spiti President Dorje Larje called on Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Shimla on Sunday and held detailed discussions on various development priorities, public welfare concerns, and local issues affecting the tribal district.
According to Larje, the meeting focused on infrastructure, essential public services, and other region-specific challenges requiring timely government intervention. He said the Chief Minister listened attentively to all the issues presented and reaffirmed his commitment to the balanced development of Lahaul and Spiti while assuring that the concerns would receive due consideration.
During his visit, Larje also met Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee President Vinay Kumar and discussed matters related to strengthening the district Congress organisation and enhancing coordination among party workers.
The meeting was attended by Block Congress President Anil Thakur, former Tribal Congress President Rahul Thakur, and NSUI District President Pankaj Rawat, who also shared their views on organisational and developmental matters.
Describing the discussions as constructive, Larje expressed confidence that the issues raised would be addressed through coordinated efforts between the state government and local representatives. He reiterated the Congress party’s commitment to ensuring inclusive development and improving the quality of life for people across the remote tribal district of Lahaul and Spiti.
