Little Stars Dazzle in Fancy Dress Activity at DAVCPS EEDP-1, Khaliyar in Mandi.

A colourful and exciting Fancy Dress Activity was organised for the students of LKG at DAVCPS EEDP-1, Khaliyar, Mandi, with great enthusiasm and excitement on Tuesday. The event witnessed active participation from students of all four sections—LKG Ashoka, LKG Palm, LKG Oak and LKG Olive.
The little participants arrived dressed in vibrant and creative costumes representing a wide variety of characters, professions, animals and interesting themes. Their colourful appearances added a festive charm to the school premises. Each child confidently came forward to introduce their character and spoke a few lines, displaying impressive confidence, creativity and enthusiasm.
The activity provided the young learners with an excellent opportunity to express themselves and showcase their imagination. It also helped them enhance their communication and presentation skills, build self-confidence and overcome stage fear. The cheerful performances and adorable presentations of the children created an atmosphere of happiness and excitement among students and teachers.
Principal K. S. Guleria appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the young learners and encouraged them to take part in such activities with confidence. He emphasised that co-curricular activities are an important part of a child’s holistic development, as they nurture creativity, confidence, communication skills and self-expression.
The Fancy Dress Activity concluded on a joyful note, with the children thoroughly enjoying the experience. The event proved to be an enriching learning opportunity, blending education with creativity, fun and confidence-building.
