DAV Centenary Public School Mandi Organises ‘Jungle Jamboree’ Exhibition to Promote Learning About Animals and Birds.

DAV Centenary Public School, Mandi, organised an exciting and colourful animal and bird exhibition titled ‘Jungle Jamboree’ for students of LKG, providing young learners with an engaging platform to explore the fascinating world of wildlife.
The exhibition witnessed enthusiastic participation from little children, who showcased their knowledge, creativity and confidence through attractive costumes and colourful props representing different animals and birds.
The young participants confidently introduced themselves as various animals and birds and shared interesting information about their names, habitats, food habits, distinctive characteristics and young ones. They also highlighted the importance of animals and birds in maintaining ecological balance and emphasised the need to love, protect and care for all living beings.
The exhibition was graced by the presence of Principal K.S. Guleria, who visited the various displays, interacted with the young participants and appreciated their enthusiastic performances and commendable efforts. He blessed the children and encouraged them to continue learning through such meaningful activities.
Addressing the significance of the exhibition, the Principal highlighted that activity-based learning plays an important role in the holistic development of young children. Such initiatives nurture curiosity, improve communication skills, build self-confidence, encourage teamwork and develop sensitivity towards nature and living beings.
