Contract Employees Union of Himachal Pradesh Urges Government to Reconsider Employee Recruitment Bill.

The State Health Committee (NHM) Contract Employees Union of Himachal Pradesh has strongly criticized the Employee Recruitment and Service Bill, calling it anti-employee.

The union has condemned the bill in the harshest terms, stating that it has caused great distress among contract employees across the state.

Navneet Guleria, Vice President of the State Health Committee (NHM) Contract Employees Union, Himachal Pradesh, expressed that the employees were deeply hurt by the government’s decision.

In his statement, Guleria urged the Chief Minister to reconsider the decision and insisted that employees should be granted pension and promotion benefits by considering their seniority based on their contract service tenure.
