Massive Tiranga March in Tihra Mandi Pays Tribute to Indian Army’s Valor.

In a powerful display of patriotism and solidarity with the Indian Army, the Tihra region of Mandi district witnessed a grand Tiranga Yatra (Tricolor March) on Thursday as part of a nationwide series of events honoring the Indian Army’s recent decisive actions against terrorism and Pakistan’s provocations.
The rally, jointly organized by Model Institute of Education Devdhar and Saraswati Vidya Mandir Lagair, saw enthusiastic participation from school students, ex-servicemen, local youth, and citizens. The march commenced from the historic Shiv Temple in Tihra and proceeded to the Government School, with participants proudly carrying a massive Indian tricolor, stretching nearly a kilometer.
As the procession moved through the area, the air was filled with powerful chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” “Vande Mataram,” “Indian Army Zindabad,” and “Pakistan Murdabad.” The energy and spirit of the event transformed the entire region into a hub of nationalistic pride.
Key BJP leaders including State Media Co-Incharge Rajat Thakur, Zila Parishad member Vandana Guleria, Mandal President Vinod, Vice President Ravindra (Bittu), General Secretary Yash Pathania, and Spokesperson Rajeev Arya joined the event alongside hundreds of party workers.
Rajat Thakur addressed the gathering, commending the Indian Army’s courage and emphasizing that the event aimed to honor the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers, instill patriotism among the youth, and promote national unity and awareness.
The active involvement of veterans and spirited participation of children made the march particularly inspiring. Spokesperson Rajeev Arya remarked that the event reflected Tihra’s unwavering support for the armed forces and its collective commitment to national integrity.
