Crack Academy Announces Launch of Learning Centre in Mandi to Offer Affordable Competitive Exam Coaching.
Shimla:
Crack Academy (formerly Crack IAS Academy, Delhi) has officially announced the opening of its new learning centre in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The initiative is part of the academy’s broader mission to deliver affordable and high-quality coaching for government and competitive examinations to students across the state.
Speaking to the media, Mayank, a representative from the academy’s head office, emphasized that the goal is to ensure that quality education reaches every corner of Himachal Pradesh. The academy will offer structured preparation for a wide range of competitive exams including Civil Services, HPAS, Banking, Army Recruitment, School-level exams, and many others.
As part of this initiative, Crack Academy conducted a statewide scholarship exam on May 20, in which nearly 5 lakh school students participated. Those who qualify will receive free education under the scholarship program, while others will be offered coaching at a highly subsidized fee, making it accessible for students from all economic backgrounds.
Bringing Delhi-Quality Coaching to Mandi
The Mandi Learning Centre is being spearheaded by Dharmender Rana, a respected educationist who has played a pivotal role in promoting quality education in the region for over 30 years. Rana highlighted the pressing need to bring metro-level coaching facilities to smaller towns so that deserving students don’t have to relocate to cities like Delhi due to financial constraints.
“There are many talented students in Himachal who cannot afford the high cost of education in cities. Through this learning centre, we aim to offer Delhi-standard coaching right here in Mandi. Expert faculty with 15–20 years of teaching experience will guide the students,” said Rana.
In addition to classroom learning, students will also benefit from online resources such as a mobile app, recorded lectures, and access to a dedicated website. High-quality physical courseware will also be provided, ensuring a blended and modern approach to exam preparation.
A Vision for Himachal’s Educational Future
Dharmender Rana emphasized that the initiative is not just about coaching but about transforming the educational landscape of Himachal Pradesh.
“We want to make Himachal not just the land of gods (‘Dev Bhoomi’) but also a land of knowledge. Our goal is to pave a path of progress and contribute to the state’s development by empowering the youth,” he said.
He further added, “Whatever we have received from society, it is our duty to give back. Crack Academy is committed to shaping a better future for students and building a stronger, more educated society.”
The Mandi Learning Centre is expected to start its first academic sessions in the first week of July. With experienced faculty, tech-integrated resources, and a student-first approach, Crack Academy aims to become a beacon of hope and opportunity for the youth of Himachal.
