Inspiring Young Minds: Wing Commander Isha Delivers Motivational Lecture at NCC Camp.

Renowned Air Force Officer Shares Her Journey, Urges Cadets to Pursue Their Dreams with Determination.

As part of the ongoing Annual Training Camp–192 of 1 HP Air Squadron NCC, a powerful and inspiring motivational lecture was delivered by Wing Commander Isha. A distinguished officer of the Indian Air Force, Wg Cdr Isha notably led the All India Ladies Contingent during the 2015 Republic Day Parade. During her address, she shared her personal journey, professional experiences, and the values that guided her through her distinguished career.

Emphasizing the pillars of discipline, dedication, and resilience, Wing Commander Isha encouraged cadets to pursue their goals fearlessly, overcome adversities, and foster a strong sense of self-belief. Her words left a lasting impression on the cadets, igniting a spirit of motivation and purpose.

Speaking on the occasion, Wing Commander Kunal Sharma, Camp Commandant and Commanding Officer of 1 HP Air Squadron NCC, remarked:  “Wing Commander Isha’s journey and her inspiring words were truly empowering for our cadets. Her lecture served as a spark, motivating young minds to strive for excellence and become responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to the nation.”

Her presence at the camp underscored the NCC’s ongoing commitment to nurturing leadership and providing cadets with opportunities to learn from role models of exceptional caliber.

Earlier in the day, cadets participated in aero-modelling training sessions, which included hands-on demonstrations with RC models and control line aircraft. In addition, cadets from DAV Lakkar Bazaar (Shimla) and Jari were given practical training in rifle firing, adding to the camp’s rich blend of technical and defense skills training.

The lecture was attended by cadets, Associate NCC Officers (ANOs), and other distinguished guests, and marked a memorable day in the camp’s schedule.

Prominent attendees included Wing Commander Pranav Arya, Deputy Camp Commandant Flying Officer Nischil Sharma, Flying Officer Dr. Chaman, Junior Warrant Officer Rehman, Junior Warrant Officer Rakesh Samalhotra, Junior Warrant Officer Harbans Yadav, along with ANOs, PI staff, and over 450 NCC cadets from across Himachal Pradesh.
