Congress fields PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh from Mandi and Vinod Sultanpuri from Shimla parliamentary constituency for Lok Sabha elections to be held on June 1.

All India Congress Committee ( AICC) has announced to field Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh as a Congress candidate to contest the Lok Sabha election from Mandi parliamentary constituency against the BJP nominee Film actress Kangna Ranaut.
Vikramaditya Singh is son of six times former Himachal Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh and his mother Pratibha Singh is sitting Congress MP from Mandi.
The All India Congress Committee released list of 21 candidates for the parliament elections after a meeting in New Delhi on Saturday.
The party has decided to field sitting MLA Vinod Sultanpuri from Kasauli assembly constituency as the party candidate to contest the Lok Sabha election from Shimla( reserve) parliamentary constituency in Himachal.
Sultanpuri is son of former six times Congress MP from Shimla constituency KD Sultanpuri.
