Abhilashi University Marks 11 Glorious Years with Oath, Culture, and Celebration.

Abhilashi University celebrated its 12th Establishment Day with great enthusiasm, pride, and cultural vibrance. The campus came alive as students, faculty, and guests gathered to honour the University’s remarkable journey of academic excellence and social contribution.
The celebrations commenced with the Vice-Chancellor Prof. H. K. Chaudhary administering the Establishment Day oath, inspiring the University community to uphold integrity, innovation, and service to society.
This was followed by a special and comprehensive address by the Chancellor Dr. R. K. Abhilashi, who eloquently recounted the University’s 11-year journey — from its humble beginnings to becoming a recognized centre of learning, research, and cultural heritage. The Chancellor highlighted key milestones, including the launch of pioneering academic programs, expansion of infrastructure, and achievements in research and community outreach. He spoke with pride about the University’s role in promoting local culture, supporting rural development, and providing opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Abhilashi also acknowledged the dedication of the faculty and staff, whose consistent efforts have helped the University earn its reputation for quality education and innovation. He encouraged students to be lifelong learners, ambassadors of ethical values, and contributors to the nation’s progress. Reaffirming the University’s mission, he called upon all stakeholders to work collectively to make the coming decade even more transformative and impactful.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. R. K. Abhilashi announced that the Abhilashi University will be starting a new course of M. B. A. (Hospital Management) from the next Academic Session with an intake of 20 seats.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Dr. Narbada Abhilashi, Chairperson of GES, Dr. Promila Abhilashi, Vice-Chairperson of AES and other distinguished personalities. Dr. R. K. Abhilashi lauded the efforts of all members of Abhilashi Group for establishing, nurturing and shaping this institution.
The event showcased the rich traditions of Himachal Pradesh through captivating student performances, including Operation Sindoor, the melodious rhythms of Nati, and other cultural presentations that enthralled the audience.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Chaudhary lauded the efforts of students, faculty, and staff in shaping the University’s success story, while the Chancellor’s words left the gathering inspired to continue striving for excellence
Prof. Chaudhary appreciated the efforts of Dr. R. K. Abhilashi, Dr. L. K. Abhilashi and entire management for establishing this majestic institution of higher learning at the wet temperate zone of the Himalayas.
The day concluded with an atmosphere of pride and unity, as the University community pledged to take Abhilashi University to new heights of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
