Heera Lal Rana Re-elected President of Himachal Pradesh Travel Agents Association; New Executive Committee Formed to Promote Tourism.

Heera Lal Rana has been unanimously re-elected as the President of the Himachal Pradesh Travel Agents Association, with a new executive committee formed to strengthen the association and promote tourism across the state. The announcement came during a recent meeting held in Manali, where key discussions focused on strategies to enhance the tourism sector in Himachal Pradesh.
The newly constituted committee includes Anil Sharma, Naushad, and Budhi Prakash as advisors; Raj Kumar Dogra as Chairman; Suresh Sharma as Vice President; Shainav Sharma as Secretary; Jai Ram Thakur as Treasurer; and Daya Nand Thakur as Joint Secretary. Heera Lal Rana expressed gratitude to all members for their continued support and emphasized his commitment to making the association stronger.
Rana highlighted that the association members had actively assisted in road restoration and infrastructure improvement efforts following the devastating floods in Manali last year, in collaboration with NHAI and the Public Works Department.
Speaking at the meeting, Rana assured that the association would work tirelessly to promote tourism not only in Manali and Kullu but across the entire state. He emphasized that all activities would be carried out with the support of the new executive committee and members, guided by the principle of “Atithi Devo Bhava” to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
The re-election of Heera Lal Rana is expected to provide continuity in leadership and strengthen initiatives aimed at boosting tourism, improving infrastructure, and enhancing the overall visitor experience in Himachal Pradesh.
