Bhuttico Announces 10% Dearness Allowance for Employees; International Award Ceremony on April 21.

In a significant decision aimed at employee welfare, the managing committee of Bhuttico Weavers Handloom and Handicraft Cooperative Society Ltd., Bhutti Colony, has approved a 10 percent increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees. The announcement was made during a committee meeting held at the Bhuttico auditorium under the chairmanship of Chairman and former Horticulture Minister Satya Prakash Thakur.
The meeting focused on accelerating the society’s activities and strengthening its operational framework. Among several key resolutions, the DA hike was highlighted as a major step to support employees amid rising living costs.
International Award Ceremony on April 21
The committee also finalized preparations for the upcoming Thakur Ved Ram Jayanti International/National Award Ceremony, scheduled to be held on April 21. The event will honour distinguished personalities from across various fields for their exceptional contributions.
Former Vice-Chancellor of R.C. University, Jharkhand, Dr. Gulab Singh Azad will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.
President of Punjab Kala Sahitya Academy, Simar Sadosh, will attend as the Special Guest.

The Lifetime Achievement National Awards will be conferred upon Rajendra Rajan (Hamirpur) and Dr. Kamla Saini Rattu (Jalandhar) for their remarkable lifetime contributions.
The meeting was attended by several key members and officials, including District Agriculture Officer Kullu and Vice-President Rohit Thakur, directors Madan Lal, Atma Ram, Indra Devi, Sohan Singh, Jogdhyan, Prem Singh, Acting Chief General Manager Surti Devi, along with other officers and advisors.
