CM Sukhu Inspects ICCC, SEOC to Review Monsoon Preparedness.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu conducted a surprise inspection of the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) and the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC) here today, reviewing the state’s monitoring and emergency response mechanisms.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister received detailed information about the various monitoring functions of the rapid incident reporting system established at the Centre. He directed officials to ensure timely and effective monitoring of incidents, particularly during the ongoing monsoon season.

The Chief Minister also instructed officers to prepare accurate and updated data regarding water releases from various dams in the state. He further emphasized the need to assess the extent of damage caused by the monsoon to facilitate effective relief and rehabilitation measures.

Chief Secretary K.K. Pant and other senior officers were present during the inspection.
