PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh to be Honoured by World Book of Records at UK Parliament in London.

In a moment of pride for Himachal Pradesh, Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh has been formally invited to be honoured at the 9th Award Ceremony of the World Book of Records, to be held at the UK Parliament, Palace of Westminster, London, on December 12, 2025.
According to the official invitation issued by Santosh Shukla, CEO of World Book of Records (London), the ceremony will take place in the Churchill Room, House of Commons, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The recognition is being conferred upon Vikramaditya Singh for his visionary leadership and dedicated public service in advancing infrastructure development, sustainable growth, and inclusive governance in Himachal Pradesh.
The invitation acknowledges his progressive approach toward public works, as well as his commitment to improving civic amenities through innovation and efficiency. It highlights that his initiatives have set new benchmarks in governance and contributed significantly to enhancing the quality of life for citizens.
