Three-Day Karate Training and Belt Grading Camp Organized in Mandi.
Shimla:
A three-day Karate Training and Colour & Black Belt Grading Examination Camp was successfully organized at Hemang Martial Art Academy, Mandi (near Paddal Gurudwara) under the aegis of the Hemang International Karate Federation.
The training camp was conducted by Kyoshi Joginder Singh Azad, Chief Instructor and Technical Director of Hemang Martial Art Academy and Hemang International Karate Federation. During the camp, participants were imparted intensive training in Shito-Ryu Karate style, with a special focus on self-defense techniques and kata. Along with training, formal examinations for Black Belt and Colour Belt gradings were also held.
A total of 22 karate practitioners participated in the camp and appeared for the grading examinations.
In the Black Belt Grading Examination,
Sensei Rakesh Kumar successfully passed the Fourth Degree Black Belt,
Rohan cleared the Third Degree Black Belt, and
Dipali qualified for the Second Degree Black Belt.
In the Colour Belt Grading Examination,
Shinoy Mahajan and Shriyan Vaidya passed the Yellow Belt,
Parikshit Guleria cleared the Orange Belt,
Rishita Kumari qualified for the Purple Belt,
Arsh Vaidya passed the Green Belt,
Ira Sharma, Aditya, and Ayush Gautam achieved the San-Kyu Brown Belt, and
Kirat Kamal Kaur and Radhika successfully passed the Ni-Kyu Brown Belt examination.
On the concluding day, Kyoshi Joginder Singh Azad awarded belts and certificates to all successful trainees and congratulated them for their dedication and performance.
The office bearers of the Hemang International Karate Federation, including President Dr. K. P. Sharma, Chairman Birbal Sharma, Vice Chairman Murari Sharma, Shihan Devinder Azad, Rakesh Kumar, Brij Chauhan, Santosh Kumar, and other members, extended their congratulations and best wishes to all the trainees for their future endeavors.
The camp played a significant role in enhancing martial arts skills and promoting discipline, self-confidence, and self-defense among the participants.
