Raja Singh Malhotra, president of the Soch Foundation Trust, announced the establishment of a new studio aimed at showcasing the talents of emerging artists from Kotli during the inauguration of the Ramleela festival. The event, organized by the Ramleela Committee to celebrate Shardiya Navratras, encouraged community members to actively support local talent over the next ten days.

In addition to the announcement, Raja Singh contributed Rs. 31,000 to the Ramleela Committee to support the festival’s activities. His arrival at the community hall in Kotli was met with a warm welcome featuring garlands and traditional music.

During the ceremony, prominent members of the Ramleela Committee, including president Prashant Mohan, general secretary Ashwini Kumar, treasurer Kamal Kishore, Dev Jewellers owner Dev Raj, and Panchayat Samiti member Arun Kumar, honored Raja Singh with a shawl, cap, and memento.

Prashant Mohan noted that the inaugural night of the festival was dedicated to its founder, Thakur Labh Singh, honoring the legacy of the event.
