Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Reviews National Highways in North Eastern States.

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, convened a high-level meeting in Delhi on Monday to review the status of National Highways in North Eastern States, including Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, and Nagaland. The meeting was attended by Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju, Chief Ministers Pema Khandu (Arunachal Pradesh), N Biren Singh (Manipur), and Manik Saha (Tripura), along with Union Ministers of State for Road Transport and Highways Ajay Tamta and Harsh Malhotra, and senior officials.
Gadkari highlighted the progress of 15 National Highway projects in Arunachal Pradesh, 38 in Manipur, and 16 in Tripura, urging for the expedited development of these crucial infrastructures to enhance mobility and stimulate economic growth in the region.
In his updates on social media, Gadkari emphasized the importance of advanced infrastructure and sustainable mobility under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, aiming to unlock growth and ensure seamless connectivity across these states.
