Senior Congress leader and former minister Kaul Singh Thakur has extended heartfelt gratitude to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Education Minister Rohit Thakur, and Health Minister Dhani Ram Shandil for their approval and support on crucial development initiatives in his Darang Assembly constituency in Mandi district.

In a public statement, Kaul Singh Thakur thanked the Chief Minister and Education Minister for granting CBSE affiliation to the Government Senior Secondary School in Panarsa, a long-pending demand that he had personally pursued. He highlighted that this move will significantly benefit students in the region by providing them access to a national-level curriculum and improved educational opportunities.

Additionally, Thakur expressed his deep appreciation to the Chief Minister and Health Minister for the appointment of medical officers at several key health institutions in the area, including the Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in Sudhar, Tikkan, and Kotsnor, as well as the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Katola. He emphasized that these appointments are vital for enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in the constituency.

“I am sincerely thankful to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Education Minister Rohit Thakur for granting CBSE affiliation to the school in Panarsa. I also extend my gratitude to the Chief Minister and Health Minister for the timely appointment of medical officers in various health centres of Darang. These steps will go a long way in improving both education and healthcare services in the region,” said Kaul Singh Thakur.

He expressed hope that these developments would usher in significant improvements in the education and health sectors, benefiting the residents of Darang and surrounding areas. Thakur reiterated his commitment to continue working for the progress and welfare of the people in his constituency.
