BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut insulted farmers of the country by calling them terrorist, says AICC Observer Rakesh Kumar Singh.
Shimla:
All India Congress Committee (AICC) Observer Rakesh Kumar Singh said that BJP candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha seat Kangana Ranaut has insulted the farmers of the country by calling them terrorist during their protest against the agri laws introduced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led central government. She should tender an unconditional apology to the farmers of the country for her derogatory remarks.
He said that “Kangana said in her statement that she consumed beef. Then she said Subhash Chandra Bose was the first Prime Minister of the country. Then she said Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, the first home minister of the country, could not speak English.”
“Kangana is continuously giving controversial statements against Congress leaders, which shows that she is an under qualified candidate, who is simply a matriculate” he added.
“Kangana who represents herself a well-wisher of women, did not speak even a single word in favour of 3000 women in Karnataka state, who were sexually exploited by a Prajwal Revanna, the Lok Sabha candidate of BJP’s alliance party” he said.
“Congress has always supported development. The promises that the Congress government has made to the people, it fulfilled promises to the people in Telangana and Karnataka states. In Himachal too, efforts have been made to fulfil the guarantees given to the people by the state government. Some guarantees are left, which will also be completed in the coming days after election results” said Rakesh Kumar.
“Vikramaditya Singh is from the royal family. His father, six times Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh has served the people of the state for a long time. Now Vikramaditya Singh is following the footsteps of his father in politics. His politics is mature. People will definitely elect him and send him to Parliament” he added.
He said Vikramaditya Singh will be able to raise the issues of the state in the Parliament.
