Meenakshi Thakur from Sundernagar Shines in HP Judicial Services, Secures 3rd Rank — Felicitated by Former CPS Sohan Lal Thakur.

In a moment of immense pride for the Sundernagar subdivision, Meenakshi Thakur, a resident of Sohar village in Baroti Gram Panchayat, has brought laurels to the region by securing third rank across Himachal Pradesh in the prestigious Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination. With this achievement, she is now set to take charge as a Civil Judge.
Former Chief Parliamentary Secretary and senior Congress leader Sohan Lal Thakur personally visited Meenakshi’s residence to felicitate her on this remarkable milestone. He honoured her with a traditional Himachali shawl and cap, and shared sweets with the family in celebration.
Speaking on the occasion, Thakur said, “This is a proud moment not just for Meenakshi and her family, but for the entire Sundernagar region. Achieving this milestone at just 26 years of age is a testament to her hard work, determination, and unbreakable willpower.”
He urged young women across the area to draw inspiration from Meenakshi’s success and pursue their dreams with dedication. “Let this be a motivating example for all daughters of the region,” he added.
Several local dignitaries and representatives from Baroti Panchayat were also present during the visit, extending their heartfelt congratulations to Meenakshi and her proud family.
