Young Voices Shine at International Shivratri Festival Mandi 2026: Group Singing and Fun Races Enthrall Audience in Mandi.

As part of the vibrant celebrations of the International Shivratri Festival Mandi 2026, a series of cultural competitions for school students added youthful energy and enthusiasm to the grand festivities. Group singing competitions were organized for Under-12 and Under-14 categories, drawing active participation from leading schools across the town.
In the Under-12 category, a total of 10 schools showcased their musical talent through melodious and synchronized group performances. Saraswati Vidya Mandir MB Mandi secured the first position with an impressive presentation that captivated both judges and the audience. The second position was awarded to Anglo Sanskriti School Mandi, while GCPS Bal Mandi claimed the third spot.
In the Under-14 group singing competition, eight schools participated with equal zeal and artistic flair. Once again, Saraswati Vidya Mandir MB Mandi emerged victorious, securing the first position. The second place was bagged by Guru Gobind Singh Public School Mandi, while the third position was jointly secured by Oakwood Anglo Sanskriti School Mandi.
Adding to the festive spirit, a fun-filled three-legged race was also organized, generating excitement among participants and spectators alike. In this event, Arunodaya Senior School Mandi secured the first position. The second position went to Saraswati Vidya Mandir Mahajan Bazar Mandi, while Government Senior Secondary School Purani Mandi earned the third place.
The competitions not only highlighted the musical and athletic talents of young students but also reinforced the cultural essence of the International Shivratri Festival.
