The Himachal Pradesh State Futsal Championship 2026 concluded in thrilling fashion at the Dashmesh Sports Complex, with eight of the state’s top teams battling it out from February 15 to 18 in a high-intensity showcase of skill, speed, and attacking football.
The four-day tournament highlighted the rapid rise of futsal across Himachal Pradesh, drawing competitive squads divided into two pools of four teams each.
League Stage Battles
Pool A featured Goalzo FC, Nahan FC, Himachal FC, and Khad FC, while Pool B comprised Techtro FC, Bushahar FC, Triumph FC, and Venga Boys FC.
After an engaging league phase filled with fast-paced encounters and impressive goal tallies, the top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage.
Semi-Final Showdowns
Speaking after the tournament, Triumph FC Himachal President Sushant Sharma reflected on the team’s journey to the final.
In the first semi-final, Bushahar FC delivered a commanding performance, defeating Nahan FC 8–3 to book their place in the championship clash.
The second semi-final witnessed an attacking masterclass from Triumph FC, who overcame Goalzo FC 7–4 in a thrilling contest. Triumph’s fluid passing, clinical finishing, and relentless pressure ensured their entry into the grand finale.
A Goal-Fest Grand Final
The championship match between Triumph FC and Bushahar FC turned into a spectacular, high-scoring affair that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. Both teams adopted an aggressive approach from the outset, creating numerous scoring opportunities.
Despite a spirited and determined display by Triumph FC, Bushahar FC emerged victorious with a 15–7 win to lift the title. Triumph FC finished as proud Runners-Up, earning admiration for their resilience, attacking strength, and consistent performances throughout the competition.

A standout performer for Triumph FC, Sahil Thapa was awarded the Best Player of the Tournament for his exceptional contributions and consistent impact across matches. His leadership on the court and attacking brilliance played a crucial role in guiding Triumph FC to the final.
