District-Level U-19 Sports Meet Held at CBSE School Janjheli in Mandi.

A district-level U-19 sports competition was organised at CBSE School, Janjheli in Mandi district, with the event inaugurated by Saraj leader and block President Jagdish Reddy today. During the programme, Reddy administered an oath to students to stay away from drugs and urged the youth to adopt a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
Addressing the gathering, Jagdish Reddy assured the school authorities that all pending demands and requirements of the institution would be considered and fulfilled soon. He said efforts would be made to ensure the availability of necessary facilities for students and sports activities.
School Principal H.S. Thakur, while sharing details, said that a total of 640 participants from 18 zones across the district are taking part in the U-19 sports competition. Around 150 officials and in-charges are also accompanying the participating teams.
The event witnessed the presence of several local representatives and Congress workers, including Trade Board President Virender Thakur, Saraj Congress Vice-President Amar Singh Thakur, General Secretary Chiru Lal, Bittu Puradi, Hem Singh Mamu, Tilak Raj Thakur, Heera Singh, Mohar Singh Mahi, Ishan Thakur, Chetan Thakur and Kuldeep Singh, among others.
The sports meet provided young athletes with an opportunity to showcase their talent, competitive spirit and sportsmanship.
