25 Industrial Projects Worth Rs. 883.36 Crore Approved in Himachal Pradesh, Promising 2,830 Jobs.

In a significant boost to industrial growth in Himachal Pradesh, the 30th meeting of the State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority (SSWC&MA) was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. During the meeting, 25 industrial project proposals were approved, involving a total investment of approximately Rs. 883.36 crore. These projects are expected to generate employment opportunities for about 2,830 individuals, underscoring the state’s growing appeal as a prime investment destination.
Among the new projects approved were M/s Bauji Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Solan for manufacturing capsules, tablets, and liquids, M/s Jai Pali Infra Pvt. Ltd. in Nalagarh for PUF panels, and M/s Rich Printers Pvt. Ltd. in Baddi for producing corrugated boxes. Other notable approvals include M/s Indo Spirits in Sirmaur for manufacturing IMFL and country liquor, and M/s Sri Kaumudhi Textiles Pvt. Ltd. in Kangra for textile fabric towels. In addition, M/s Efficient Crop Control in Solan will produce zinc powder, and M/s Tiwari Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Nalagarh will focus on tablets and capsules production.
The Authority also approved significant expansion projects, including M/s Kwality Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Kangra for producing oral suspension and injections, and M/s Vardhman Spinning Mills in Baddi for manufacturing cotton yarn. Expansion will also take place at M/s Greenlam Industries in Solan for decorative laminates and M/s Winsome Textile Industries in Baddi for cotton fleece. Other expansion approvals include M/s Aqua Vitoe Laboratories in Solan for injections and M/s FDC Ltd. in Baddi for tablet and capsule production.
Notably, the industrial expansion also includes M/s Jupiter International Ltd. in Baddi for solar cell manufacturing, and M/s Balaji Storage Batteries Ltd. in Paonta Sahib for battery charging and packing.
Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, along with senior government officials, attended the meeting, which highlighted Himachal Pradesh’s ongoing efforts to enhance its industrial base and create job opportunities across various sectors.
