Teaser of Short Film ‘Mukde Mahanu’ Released in Mandi, Aims to Address Social Issues.

The teaser for the upcoming short film Mukde Mahanu was released at the Rajmahal Hotel in Mandi district today by the production house, Qala Production House. Raja Singh Malhotra is the producer of this film.

On the occasion of the teaser launch, the manager of Qala Production House, Dinesh Kumar, along with the team of Mukde Mahanu, was also present. The main reason for unveiling the teaser today was to coincide with International Women’s Day. The short film focuses on several serious social issues, such as caste discrimination, unemployment, and substance abuse. However, the central theme of the film is women empowerment.

The shooting of the short film was completed in just six days across various locations including Tungal Valley, Balh Valley, and Mandi city. All the cast members are from Himachal Pradesh, many of whom have previously worked in television and films. Additionally, new actors have also been given the opportunity to showcase their talent.

The director of the film is Pankaj Vaidya, and the story has been penned by Nishant Thakur. The editing and sound design were handled by Hitendra Thakur, while the music direction was given to Rohit Chauhan Seraji. The casting director for the film was Deep Kumar Sharma, and the art direction was done by Anil Mahant.

The teaser of the film is now available for viewing on the YouTube platform under the QALA RECORDS channel. The full film is expected to be released soon for the audience.

‘Mukde Mahanu’ promises to spark important conversations about social issues and women’s empowerment, making it a must-watch film.
