Newly Elected Himachal Congress President Vinay Kumar to Assume Office on November 30.

The Congress workers of the Rohru Assembly constituency have been officially informed that the newly elected President of the Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee, Vinay Kumar, will assume charge on November 30, 2025. The ceremony is set to take place at 10:00 AM at Rajiv Bhavan, Shimla, the party’s state headquarters.
Party leaders have emphasized the significance of this occasion, marking a new chapter in the organizational leadership of the Himachal Pradesh Congress. As Vinay Kumar prepares to take over the top post, the party aims to strengthen internal coordination and energize its cadre ahead of upcoming political challenges.
MLA from Rohru, Mohan Lal Brakta, has appealed to all Congress members from the constituency to participate in large numbers and make the event a grand success.
